Elena and Niccolò, the Italian inventors of Passion, are passionate about combining tastes and about finding the perfect wine to accompany each dish. So at Passion, dishes always come in threes, and are accompanied by a complementary glass of specially chosen wine. The dishes in each such trilogy are carefully tailored to complement each other and the recommended wine.
Passion's menus change each week, and each menu is themed around a highly local region of France or Italy. Passion's wines have top ratings in the wine press, but are produced in small quantities and hardly known outside their local regions. We apply a similar philosophy to the food we prepare - our ingredients are either D.O.P. or have the Slow-Food stamp of approval (or both).
