She has worked for many years as a business consultant for international companies all over the world. This lifestyle allows her to explore different cultures, and different culinary traditions. She is now contributing both her commercial skills and her passion for food and wine to Passion.

Niccolò Ferro is a Florentine chef, who graduated from the prestigious hotelier's school in Florence. Niccolo has worked all over Europe. As well as his formal Chef's training, Niccolo's varied background has seen him studying both Dance and Japaneses Flower Arrangement. He brings creative flair from these diverse disciplines to his cooking art.
